I scheduled an appointment for my 1.5 year old son and myself, with my appointment first and his following. I got to the office and ended up having to change our schedule and letting my son go first and me second. They were so flexible and worked with me while we waited for my significant other to pick up my son so I could be seen. We laughed and played together. The actual service was also pleasant and the dr explained everything so well...they have high tech equipment and use it well! I will definitely be returning with my son!
This was the first visit to Prime Family Dental for my 7 year old twin boys. Great appointment! Dr. Schtakleff took the time to show them the photos of their teeth and explain what she would be doing during their exam. Therefore, they were very relaxed during their exam and cleaning. I highly recommend Dr. Schtakleff and her team for all members of the family!
All staff there are very, very friendly and helpful! I asked the front desk lady which beach is good for kids; after a few minutes she gave me a list of the beach resorts her family liked. The dentist assistant was also very personable. The doctor did a great work in examining and cleaning my teeth. She was very patient in answering my questions, and she told me she always liked answering patients' questions. They are all working with great passions.
The entire office is beautiful, they are the sweetest people I have ever met and my entire experience was wonderful. I usually don't post reviews but I wanted to let someone know how great they are. Very kind and and the dentist was thorough, she took her time and her assistant Yami was so sweet .Best dental experience i have ever had! Thank you prime dental!
I have been going to Prime Family Dental for quite a while now and am so pleased with their super friendly office and care. Lynn at the front desk makes you feel like family! It is a cozy, CLEAN office with only a couple of staff members assisting Dr. Schtakleff. (you can call her Dr. S) I have had all routine care done here as well as a crown. I am starting my Invisalign treatment the first of the year and know I am going to end up with an awesome result! I always feel comfortable and love the convenient location as well.
