We were told that a procedure that I needed would be covered by our insurance. I asked if I could get that confirmed before we started with the procedure. I was assured that was not needed. A few weeks later, I got a bill from them for well over 1000+ from them. Our insurance did not cover that procedure because they were not a "in-network" provider. I asked the front desk staff about this. They pointed out they are not part of any network. Our insurance told us that the procedure would have been covered any one of there in network providers, and that we should have got it in writing before hand... We are still working to pay off this bill... Beyond the short front desk, the rest of the staff in amazing. I would like to keep going here, I just cant afford to.
