Our Vet Dr. Amanda Groulx is excellent! She provides great compassionate care, she takes excellent care of my two ladrador retrievers. Staff are friendly. Facility is always clean. I trust this facility & the staff 100%.

Exceptional staff! Don’t let the swanky building fool you, vet services are affordable & they are transparent about weither a service is necessary. We have been regular clients for 10 years & even though we live 45 mins away continue to drive to them for all our veterinary needs. Staff is friendly & knowledgeable from the receptionists, techs & vets! They always follow up post appointment. There are not enough adjectives to describe how great Town & Country is for my pets! I am a volunteer with a local dog rescue group & they manage to balance the information of my past 15 foster dogs! I specialize in severe medical need foster & Dr G has helped me get them healthy & living full lives!
I needed an emergency vet visit for my cat and was able to get a same-day appointment with Town & Country as a new patient. My cat was seen quickly by the vet, and although her situation was quite dire and rather frightening, the staff handled it really well, quickly determined the underlying health issue, and adequately explained to me the results and treatment. They offered to monitor her throughout the day in case her condition worsened. My fiance picked her up in the afternoon and he too met with the doctor. I also received a call the next morning to ask how my cat was doing. Overall, I could not be happier with their level of care and service for my pet.
Quality facility, quality care, customer service needs serious work. I took my 7 month old Scottie for spaying. I was told that I would receive a call when she was out of surgery/anaesthesia. I received no call. When I called to check, I was told by an argumentative technician that the doctor had called and left a phone message. That was untrue, so either I was given the 'standard' answer or they called the wrong number. I NEVER did receive a phone call. When I called the second day, I was made to wait over 10 minutes on two successive calls, and the representative's attitude on the second call was snippy. I have just retired from a customer service position, and while the actual veterinary care was good, lacking customer service will cause lost patients and reviews like this. They have one more chance to retain my business. I left another vet because of snippy condescending staff before coming here. I sent an email to the office manager and received no response. All I asked was to receive what I was told I would, a phone call assuring me my dog was ok after surgery, apparently that was asking too much. Customer service is a lost art. Imagine how any of them would have felt if their dog was in surgery/anaesthesia and they got no calls or updates. Unacceptable.
