Dakota got groomed today, first time by Shannon. After losing kelly his regular groomer, we were stuck and hesitate to bringing him Petsmart due to a bad experience long time ago.
Staff is very friendly, always ready to offer advice and give belly rubs. Unfortunately, I have to dock a star due to the promotion of choke chains, e-collars, prong/pinch collars, invisible fences, etc. For a more humane alternative store, check out Unleashed of Cary, right down the road!
We were blessed to find her.

Shannon and Carli were both so helpful when i came in for some questions ! i was thinking about bringing my first dog in to get groomed ! and they were soooooooooooo helpful and patient with all my concerns and questions ! please ask for either of them when coming in they were awesome !
Just left this poor excuse for a groomer. Took my dogs to get their nails trimmed today. We have been going here for over two years and although my dogs are challenging they seem to always be able to get it done. Well today was definitely different. The girl that tried to get it done was intimedated by our 38 pound dogs and said that she couldn't get it done. I get it that a specific groomer can have trouble with some dogs but the lady that always has done a great job in the past wouldn't try to help her. They had the nerve to say they do not want us to bring the dogs back ever again for the dogs safety. That's fine we will go somewhere else but like I said they been going there for two damn years. Smh.

Singed up for wellness plan, and was told a tooth extraction was a certain price. Would've never signed up for wellness plan at this not been given in writing. Morning of procedure was told there was an error in the quote, and it would be 300.00 more. Please learn from my mistake and don't ever sign up for the wellness plan. Over promised.....under delivered.
