This is getting to be a broken record...Peak Auto is, as Tina Turner put it, Simply the Best! Daran and John and the team are stellar at their craft and more knowledgeable about cars than anyone should be! Do yourselves a favor and put Peak Auto in your contacts as THE auto service experts. And if you are ever considering a car purchase, ask these guys first. They can steer you clear of models with poor service trends and expensive repair bills and instead point you toward vehicles that will last and won't empty your wallets. We just had service done on our daughter's car. They did a thorough check, contacted me with estimates and came in less than the quote, giving me great confidence my daughter will be in an expertly-maintained vehicle as she commutes to high school each day and heads to college in August. Was in the area getting some other work done on my car. Googled a place for a oil change and saw this place had decent reviews. It was only about noon so figured I had plenty of time to get in for a oil change. After waiting in the lobby for about 15 minutes while one man at the front desk was on the phone I finally was able to ask about a oil change. Was asked "do you have an appointment?" Note: nothing on the their website say's "by appointment only". I said "no" just trying to get a oil change. Guy says "can't today" Not even a attempt to squeeze me in at some time during the day. Left promptly. Pretty sure this is a place that only carters to the rich and greasy European types with fancy cars. If your just a dude looking for a oil change.....stay clear.
Professional and courteous service, as always. I appreciate their attention to detail, loaner cars, and complimentary wash/interior cleaning. John kept me informed about the diagnosis of my BMW, when it would be ready, and also noticed a brake fluid change was due. I proactively maintain my vehicles so I can drive them and depend on them for many miles, Peak Auto is an excellent partner in this effort.. I've been very happy with their services since 2014.
This place is amazing! Not only can they fit me right in, but last time with my Audi at the dealership they quoted me over $10,000 for work they had partially caused, and took no responsibility for. I was out the door at peak for 1700. They are honest, helpful, and my go to place for anything car related. I will never again go to the dealership! Definitely recommend these friendly, and professional guys. They also gave a loaner for the few days I needed.
Great place! Very professional, nice waiting area. They were good with communication about my vehicle's repairs-I understood what needed to be done yet didn't feel "talked down to". The estimate was accurate and repairs were done quickly. I had to bring my car in on two different days, and both times my car was cleaned and detailed when I picked up-such a nice surprise. Highly recommend them.
