If I could give this sprint store zero stars I would. When I went in to get help with my phone and the clerk at the desk didn't even have the audacity to look up from his phone. Little did he know I could see him scrolling through his personal cell phone looking at pictures of women as I was explaining to him the problem and even addressed him and asked him if he was listening to me. Very poor customer service and untrained,unprofessional workers.

Exceptionally poor customer service and rude staff. Bought 5 phones with new connection over telesales, went to this shop to get it activated. Marcus, retail consultant at the store tried to insist for accessories, when we opted not to buy those we were denied free activation and ended up paying activation fees for one line. Did not activate other lines. When we argued, started giving excuses. Visit other locations guys.

The staff at this particular location are incredibly rude. They could not care less about you and have the worst personality of any customer service staff I have met in a long time. I went to the store and they never came to ask me if I needed help (after being there for about 25 minutes) until they confused me being with another customer that had just come into the building. I said I wasn't with that person and the sales associate finally asked what I needed. I am after buying a new phone as I'm already a customer and the staff member didn't listen to me as I was asking my question and kept looking around the store impatiently as I was talking. He finally had enough of me and went to another customer without me being able to complete my questions and he cut me off and said "I'll return in a minute" he never returned to me. He immediately went to a women that entered the building and began to talk to her about non business related topics. He was EXTREMELY RUDE period. I will never return to this location ever, ever again. Note: this is the second time I have been treated similar to this at this location and I thought it may have been a fluke. I highly recommend going to Best Buy to test and or buy phones or purchasing your phone from the online store or Amazon.

High praise for the manager and his staff. They are top notch. I have purchased phones and other items from this location 3 times, and always had great experiences. I have stopped on many occasions with questions, and left when seeing that they were SUPER busy. They are always sure to acknowledge you even at those HIGH traffic times. Many of the poor reviews reflect the lack of patience we have as a society. Be sure to get a business card if you don't have time, and they will follow-up with you as soon as they can!
