When i returned to my hotel room windows had issued another update when i booted my computer up and it resolved itself.
I went to buy ink, they were very nice and matched their online prices.
Truly amazing how fast he worked on finding the issue.
Printed and binded documents for a meeting/presentation. Staff was great and very knowledgeable.
Recently went here to swap out a defective laptop issued to me by my company that was purchased at an out of state Office Depot. Glenn, assisted by Scott and Tom, made the experience extremely easy and fast, and I'm back to work. I've come here for school/office supplies over the years but this was the first time I needed fairly major product support from them and it was a great experience.

Went to Officemax in Apex NC with a slow computer (purchased at Officemax in MN recently), Scott went to work right away and quickly found it was my hard drive running at 99%, Scott was able to diagnose it was a windows update slowing the computer down to my relief.
I went to make copies. The process was easy and the staff was helpful. Kinda costly, though.
