Now for the reason I will not be back. I recently took my vehicle in to diagnose a check engine light and get an estimate on the repairs. When I received the estimate they indicated that I needed a new timing belt which would cost about $1,000. This was a huge red flag as I had this service performed approx. 14k miles (1/4 of the recommended interval) prior at the Toyota dealership and there was a sticker indicating this very prominently displayed on the timing belt cover. It is literally the first thing you see when you open the hood. They did correctly diagnose that one of my air fuel ratio sensor was bad. I decided to replace this myself because I thought the price (almost $500) was ridiculous. When I got under my car I realized that the two skid plates that have to be removed to do the oil change were dangling, barely held in place by only a few of the remaining bolts. I don't know where the rest were but they certainly weren't holding up the skid plates. To be fair I did contact them and they offered for me to bring it in and replace the bolts. I didn't take them up on the offer because they lost my confidence and trust.

Mo did a great job of taking care of me in an emergency situation. She helped make things easy and took care of my car trouble. Geat customer service!!!

We’ve had our vehicles serviced at Christian Brothers since they opened here in Apex. Charles, the owner is very accommodating and professional. Moe, the service manager is also excellent! The service is always prompt and the courtesy shuttle is a big plus. Always a pleasant experience.
