Great place. Awesome staff. Area where storage units is not in a busy area and gives a safe feeling. I️ used the climate controlled units and was pleasantly surprised every time I️ went in. Dee really helped me out on my move out so rent with confidence!
My visit today at public storage in Apex, on 2110 ten ten rd. was an excellent experience, base on great customer service when I first walked in the door. I needed a storage to fit and particular need they had the right price and the perfect unit. Miss Mirlene was very helpful, not pushy I can tell that she knew her job and did it will and I give her /Public Storage a five-star.
Dee was very helpful and organized! She helped me get the packers started fast since they were hourly. She helped me decide which unit was the right size for me and worked hard to expedite the process! Exceptional service and fast follow up to my request for a unit!!
I stopped by my unit today and as always Dee was very nice and professional. She spoke to me and advised if there was anything that I needed to just let her know. I always leave in good spirits when I come to her facility. Dee your awesome!!
