Last time that I make a referral for their business. I referred a family doing a project on a farm, but it is shameful to see a father turn-over a business to a son who destroys its reputation. Larry Bissette, Jr’s approach to business will eventually destroy everything his father built. For those contractors and clients that know this company, it now has turned into a company that’s quality has deteriorated, jobs don’t get done on time, and worse than all is that client experience and service is non-existence. He actually used profanity when talking to the clients that I referred to him.
I needed a repair done to my roof. I called Bissette roofing one day, they came out the next and did the job perfectly in very short order.
They were excellent. Actually early for appointment very friendly and did a great job

I have never had such a terrible encounter talking to a business. Not only that the receptionist (Larry's daughter) was rude also she said that they have so much business that they would not come out to my house to inspect the roof that her father put in 15 years ago. When I contacted other contractors my builder used they were all diligently come out and repair/service their work. This is a horribly run business. I would not ever call them again.
