I originally strained my right knee which led to pulling a tendon on the inside of my left ankle. My massage therapist told me my hips were very unbalanced. Prior to my injury, I met Dr. Rane at a Health Fair and she had talked about balancing the body so I immediately thought of her for treatment. She took time to evaluate my body and talk through issues she was seeing and why. She walked me through several sets of exercises that were meant to rotate my hips back into balance. I walked out of her office feeling so much better! I continued my exercises and both my ankle and knee are pain free. My injury wasn't serious and she did not push for me to keep coming back like some PTs do.
