One of the people who work there saw I was searching for something, came to me and walked me a long way to where I needed to be! Hats off for this awesome customer service!

BEWARE if you buy an appliance there and try to cancel it before it's delivered! They hold your money for DAYS, even if it was cash! Very condescending management basically give you a shoulder shrug and claim 'company policy'. Really shady. Will go to Lowes or Best Buy instead.
Great place to shop. Do NOT use any of their installation services. These people NEVER keep to an agreed schedule date. Its not worth the 5% savings in labor. For gutters, flooring, siding, and cabinetry installation, shop local!
It's a nice store. Neat, clean. Nice employees. It feels more industrial than Lowes, but I like that. But that's just an appearance. I like their selection of stuff and I like the Rigid and HDX branded products.
Went in for flooring purchase. Excellent help from jennifer brad and roxanne in flooring.. will see how their contractor performs installation...
11/18/17 Update: not a good experience with delivery of my products....did not call me day before or even on that day...had to spent 5 hrs waiting for them. 3 reps gave me different info each time i called.
