I was so happy to know that another furniture purchase would not come from a chain, but yet a local business! I made an appointment with Ashlee and I’m so glad I did, the showroom is filled with beautiful, name brand, great prices(and will beat any competitor prices) and if they don’t have it in the showroom there is a big touch screen you can order from and my bedroom set came from this! My living room set I picked right from the floor. The customer service is hands down the best, not someone following you around, but there if you need help. Even the delivery drivers were awesome! It’s like you have known them for years. Thanks to Scott and his wife Jenni for operating this local business! If you haven’t stopped by yet you need to, and I had my furniture delivered in a timely matter that fit my schedule. You giys Rock!
I had a great experience at this place. Jenni was my sales representative and she was great. I heard about this place from a co-worker who had purchased here before. I called the next day and they told me that they could have an appointment for me the next day. When I went they had a great selection of furniture, which was way cheaper than what you find in name brand stores. I've had my couch for a little over a month and it looks and feels great! I had such a great experience. I would highly recommend purchasing from here. You will not be disappointed.
It's high quality furniture, truly the best prices. Best of all the purchase process is quick, painless, and convenient. They deliver very quickly if the pieces are in stock. Both previous orders arrived within two to three days. I just placed my third today and am completely confident I will love the pieces sight unseen. We are entirely furnished now, but next upgrade, I will definitely order here again.
I am a picky shopper. I heard Capital Discount Furniture has the lowest prices so I decided to check them out. I am so thankful I did! I ordered a custom Klaussner sectional that met my vision and requirements perfectly. Pottery Barn is typically my go-to so I was thrilled to find a brand they carry, Universal Furniture, is comparable. I purchased a media console that is exactly what I had been searching for as well as a coordinating end table without paying the Pottery Barn price. In the process, I unexpectedly found that Universal also has the dining room set I love as well. I feel even better knowing we got the absolute best deal (I compared prices on everything; they definitely are the lowest) from a locally owned business. As if all of this is not enough, Scott and Jenny went above and beyond for us. And their delivery guys are wonderful, too. I am so pleased with our experience with Capital Discount Furniture and will be shopping with them again!
