I asked BasketTree Florist for an arrangement for a friend that was in the hospital. They put together a beautiful vase of colorful assorted flowers. I received numerous compliments and comments on how pretty the flowers were as I was walking down the hall to bring them to my friend. She was very happy to receive them and they brightened her stay. Her daughter said they completely overwhelmed the small basket of daisies she had brought her mom.
I always trust my flowers to Jim and Elaine. They have never disappointed me or the recipients.
I have been going here for almost all of my flower needs for nearly 10 years now and I have never been disappointed in there service or quality of flowers. I have been to other florists in the area and there quality of flower is beyond what I have seen elsewhere, especially if flowers are ordered online. Most of the time I have an idea of what im looking for and they work within that and exceed my expectations everytime. Even inviting me back to the cooler to look at their inventory. More importantly, my wife LOVES their arrangements!
I had ordered a bouquet for my mothers birthday her favorite colors purple and I did mention that when I was ordering the flowers. The specific flowers I ordered came with the purple vase on the website picture. When the flowers were delivered they did not come in a purple vase but a clear one also some of the flowers that were supposed to come inside of it we're missing and there were no substituted flowers they were just missing flowers. When I called I spoke with a man and told him what I was calling about and he responded to me sort of in a rude way that it is on their website that they substitute flowers but the only problem is they didn't substitute the flowers I just left them out and then I mentioned the vase color was wrong and he said that they said said to the vase as well but that is not what the lady I spoke with when ordering had said, she didn't even mention that at all that they could substitute the vase she didn't even tell me they were out of purple vases and I would have appreciated someone telling me that they were out of purple vase is because that was the whole appeal of buying that particular themed flower/vase in the first place. No refund was offered no purple vase was offered nothing was offered to me to help with the situation so I am disappointed in the product that was sent to my mother and I will not be using this florist again.
