I enjoyed my first visit. Overall very polite and helpful customer service. I felt at ease with during technician and doctor interfaces. They are both professionals and patient centered.
UPDATE: I lost the copy of my receipt back in July and needed it for my FSA. I sent the staff an email asking if they could send me a copy. Alexandra was absolutely fantastic! By the next day she had found my receipt and emailed me a scanned copy. Truly the BEST customer service!
I just started coming to this clinic and they were able to fix the really bad contact and eye glass prescription my last eye doctor did. It is so nice to be able to have a team of professionals who take the time to listen to your concerns and then work together to make sure your contacts and glasses are correct and you are satisfied. I would highly recommend Clarity Vision.

I have been seeing Dr. Holler for over 5 years now and I couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. He explains everything clearly, is very personable, and is extremely patient while you try to tell the difference between choices 1 and 2 (3 and 4, 5 and 6, and so on until you find the perfect fit). The staff at Clarity Vision is always cheerful and attentive. They are also patient and politely honest when you're purchasing new glasses and you don't have a friend or family member with you. They are also great when purchasing contacts - they give all cost information up front and even help find and calculate rebates!
I decided to purchase a pair of high-end prescription sunglasses for a trip to Grand Teton Park and Yellowstone in late September . With my recent prescription in hand we placed the order. After the glasses came in I was not 100% satisfied and Lauren promptly resubmitted the sunglasses for correction. They day before my departure they arrived and were perfect! The magnificent scenery that we experienced on that trip made the shades worth every penny. I cannot say enough about the personal service that I received from Lauren with this purchase. Friendly, professional, considerate....I highly recommend.
