Focus Church in Apex has the most amazing community environment! They specialize in biblical preaching, dynamic music and top-notch childcare. The venue they gather in on the weekends in clean, classy and easy to find. The services only last about one hour every Sunday starting at 10:30am. I highly recommend visiting FOCUS Church in Apex, NC.
I have been feeling down, missing my family and wondering if the job I relocated for is really as I thought it would be. My family will be here in a month so I have been praying for God to lead me to a church in the community we will be living in. I was lead to Focus Church. I arrived and was greeted by 3 awesome guys and one even showed me all around despite me being very early, bad habit of mine lol. I heard that the lead Pastors were gone on a much deserved vacation and instant anxiety hit. Here I was lead to check this church out and I was going to have to wait another week for the full normal experience. All I can say is that my faith kept me there and I was left speechless. First off the worship band is by far the best I have experienced. They are on FIRE for GOD and it was incredible. Next comes Michael who I believe is the youth minister, in his early 20's. His message today? FAITH. All I can say is WOW. Michael was amazing and I believe God knew exactly what was waiting for me when I was lead to the church today. The way I was impacted by the message God delivered today through Michael is still trying to sink in but it was amazing. I cannot wait to go back next week and in a month I cannot wait to introduce my family to this awesome place of worship. This whole move to NC has had the message of Faith all throughout it and God brought that message home loud and clear today.
Family and community focused. Powerful preaching straight from the Bible with actionable and thought-provoking sermon points every week. Energetic worship experience (very talented group of folks). I came here to be fed when my walk with Christ was very new. I intended to visit and check out other churches. I knew from my first visit I did not need to look elsewhere - I found my Church! I was baptised here. I now serve in a leadership role here. I love my Church and so will you. Please come this Sunday and say hello!
Most incredible worship experience ever
I LOVE Focus Church. My husband and I had several churches we wanted to try when we moved to Apex. Focus was first on the list and we felt so at home we never even felt the need to try any other church. We knew we were home. The worship is amazing, the sermons are straight from the Bible and applicable to everyday life, the people are so welcoming, and the children's ministry is awesome!
