Horrible customer service. Rep complains to me about the company, Hertz, tells me he's quitting Friday. He tells me my car is in the "second" row, and hands me the keys. I go outside and search and search for the car (rows aren't labeled, so walking around and clicking the lock button on the remote to hear a honk). It's not there. I go back inside and inform the rep. He says it might be out back. He finds it and drives it around front. Then he has the nerve to tell me that, next time, I should give them more time to get the car ready. He doesn't even apologize for making me walk around the lot. Totally fails to accept responsibility for giving me incorrect information. Oh, and the car has front-end damage, but the rep didn't bother to provide a form on which to note the damage. He got out his camera instead. Like that's going to help ME! So, I took my own pic. Never renting Hertz again!

Edward and Ambriel should not work in customer service! was even rude to one of his own drivers that picked me up! Smh the worst!

The only reason I used Hertz was because of my insurance. I'm almost positive that no one actually works in this office. I frequently use Enterprise on Hillsborough Street for work related activities, and if I had a choice, I would have used them this time. The enterprise location has at least 5 or so employees working at all times it seems. Also, $30 administrative charge for a $0.52 toll charge...that is ABSURD!!!

Go to Enterprise on Hillsborough. Ask for anyone, i'm sure their new staff has more knowledge than ANYONE at Hertz.

We needed a van to take things to Houston after the hurricane... the staff was amazing to us. Quick, easy, great deal etc. Call and talk to Mike.

They were very nice and helpful here. I'm a bigger guy so I needed a bigger car and unfortunately a lot of the closer Hertz did not have a big car all they have is compact and subcompact. When I picked up the car it's pretty much no hassle as well as when I dropped it off. It was for insurance claim on my car so my insurance company only pay $30 so I had to come out $9 out of my pocket for the bigger vehicle which is okay.

Not sure what everyone is talking about.Tthese people are Very unprofessional, impersonal, and RUDE! Will never rent from these people again! They do not value their customers.
