All in all, what seemed like an incredible value when I dropped off my bike has turned out to be an incredible disappointment.

We had a borrowed bike we needed serviced in short order. We were taking a ride through a national park and didn't want any surprises. They were busy but professional. When we said we'd take it elsewhere we were asked to bring it in and he'd see how much work it needed. After a quick but thorough check up he tightened some screws, pumped up the tires and sent us on our way. No charge. Anymore bicycle needs we know where we'll be shopping. Thanks for a most positive experience!!

Great service and excellent, knowledgeable staff here. Ordered an expensive road bike through them in order to get my size. Only had me put $200 down as a deposit on a couple thousand dollar bike. Was in the store and assembled in a couple days. I had to pick up late due to work, and they were extremely patient with me, even took the time (after the shop had closed) to get it properly fitted to me. It was amazing how patient they were and kind to stay at least 30-45 mins just to help one customer. Never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. HIGHLY recommend.

Perhaps the most disheartening part of checking out my bike post-service was when I noticed that there are 2 scratches on my fork stanchions that were not there before I dropped it off. Oh, and since the first ride after their service, I've had some sort of weird noise/grinding coming from my bottom bracket.

I took my bike in for a “Pro-Mountain” overhaul, which (per their website) is supposed to cost approximately $255 and include a front fork and rear shock overhaul, replacement DU bushings in the rear shock, and bleeding the front and rear hydraulic breaks. Because I had just had my fork rebuilt recently, I opted for some “a la carte” options including installation of my new cassette, chain, and rear break caliper and a general tune up. Two weeks and $275 later, to say that I am dissatisfied with the service that I received would be an understatement.

Very nice and friendly service. I lost a wheel nut and spent hours but could not find a match at home improvement stores. I brought the wheel to the bike shop, and they were able to find a matched nut in a few minutes, and gave it to me for free.

Solid shop with friendly folks who do good work.

From the moment I picked up the bike, it wouldn't even shift through the whole cassette - they hadn't even bothered to replace my shifter cable (a no brainer when installing a new cassette & chain). The tune up was supposed to include truing the wheels as well, but my wheels still are just as untrue as they were when the bike was originally dropped off. I also asked them to replace any of my i9 spokes that looked bent. Upon looking at my spokes, it didn't look like any had been replaced. In their defense, they didn't charge me for any of those spokes but I think they didn't charge me because they probably didn't even touch them.
